Abstract
Gibki nanašalni element rešuje tehnični problem nepravilnega nanosa nanašalnega sredstva, prednostno maziva, na kolesni venec tako, da se na primemo mesto na žlebasto ali vignolovo tirnico pritrdi gibki nanašalni element. Tehnični problem V procesu transporta po tirih prihaja med kolenskim vencem in tirom do trenja oziroma do obrabe. V ta namen se bodisi na tir, bodisi na kolesni venec nanašajo različni materiali, ki imajo ustrezne lastnosti. Nekateri od teh materialov so namenjeni mazanju, drugi spet izboljšanju oprijema. V sak od teh materialov pa mora ostati na mestu nanosa, če želimo, da opravi svojo vlogo. V konkretnem primeru gre za nanos, ki zaradi različne geometrije kolo/timica, zaradi vibracij in podobno, ne ostane na mestu nanosa, temveč steče v žleb ali ob tir, kar povzroča onesnaževanje okolice, relativno neučinkovitost mazalnega sredstva oz. mazalne naprave in relativno nekontroliran nanos na želeno mesto. Le ta zaradi svoje oblike, ki obsega osnovno ploskev in iz nje štrleče štrline, prednostno gibke, omogoča, da mazivo, ki prihaja iz posamezne dozirne točke, vedno doseže venec kolesa v želenem območju. V primeru žlebastih tirnic bi lahko prišlo zaradi položaja prirobnice venca kolesa do stika med prirobnico venca kolesa in gibkim nanašalnim elementom, to pa bi lahko slednjega poškodovalo.
