Abstract

The invention refers to an appliance for preparation of a black-coffee beverage, which consists of a cooking vessel positioned in such a manner that it is electrically insulated and at he same time thermally connected to or combined with an electric heater and a thermometer. Just because of disposing of the electrically insulated cooking vessel, the operation of such an appliance is safe and does not threaten the operator's health or life. In addition to the parts mentioned, the above appliance has also a stirring rod with a stirring blade, storage bins for coffee and sugar, a storage container for water, an electric motor, a lifting mechanism, and a command unit which is controlling the operation of the appliance. The appliance is operationally stable and automatized to a great extent and does not require any special attention as in the case of the traditional black-coffee beverage preparation. The appliance is described with three functional models.
