Abstract

The invention stabilization and waterproofing of the foundation part of a wall (2) is solving the technical problem of weakened and excessively moisture-saturated walls (1). Concreting close to the foundation part of the wall (2) is foreseen at first to produce a two-side shell (7) at both sides and up to one third of the width under the foundation. Then the injection into the surrounded foundation part of the wall (2) and under the foundation wall (10) is foreseen by using a water repellent silicone penetrator (11) to improve the bearing capacity of the ground under the foundation part of the wall (2) between the bearing layer of gravel (6) and the foundation part of the wall (2). In this way, the hydrophobous penetrator injected through a penetration pipe (11) fills all the cracks and pores and hydrophobizes the foundation part of the wall (2) against moisture absorption from groundwater in the soil (5) and from the layer of gravel (6).

Description

The subject is the rehabilitation of the main part of the building wall by stabilizing and waterproofing the basic part of the wall, which was built without first deepening and foundation. The described wall is built on existing terrain as pebbles or on padded stone females to the ground without waterproofing.

Izum sodi po mednarodni patentni klasifikaciji v E 04 B.The invention belongs to the international patent classification in E 04 B.

A technical problem solved by the invention is a multi-stage process with specific new technology, such as finishing additional technological properties of individual building materials in the structure and thus stabilizing the structure of the foundation part of the wall as a whole.

Znanih rešitev sanacij temeljev je precej. Najstarejša znana rešitev je po patentu FR - A - 2321574; 18-03-77. Po tem dokumentu je horizontalna hidroizolacija zidu predvidena le nad obstoječim globinskim temeljem zgradbe, zato ni celovita, ne rešuje zidu brez temelja. There are many known solutions for foundation remediation. The oldest known solution is patent FR - A - 2321574; 18-03-77. According to this document, horizontal waterproofing of the wall is provided only above the existing depth foundation of the building, so it is not complete, it does not solve the wall without foundation.

Tudi druge znane rešitve ne rešujejo sanacije - stabilizacije zidu zgradbe brez temelja kot FR-A-2465038, DE-A-3231351, VVO-A-8500395 in DE-A-3434097.Other known solutions also do not solve the remediation - stabilization of the foundation wall of a building without foundation, such as FR-A-2465038, DE-A-3231351, VVO-A-8500395 and DE-A-3434097.

A common feature of all these solutions is the horizontal membrane, which prevents the capillary moistening of the underground walls. The variants are mainly in various technological solutions for the implementation of a watertight layer. The problem that remains unsolved is, first and foremost, the relatively high complexity of stabilizing an already heavily decayed foundation wall without a true foundation, curing the material of the wall, as well as water repellent penetration with silicone to a corresponding static result.

The most common solution to the problem of stabilization of walls without foundation was the extension of the missing foundation to the depth of the earth. In the case of poorly overburdened foundations that act as transducers of capillary moisture from groundwater to walls, the known technological procedures have been carried out so far by cutting or breaking walls and inserting waterproofing inserts as horizontal waterproofing.

Na področju gradbenih sanacij za manjkajoče temelje, najbolj pogosto pri kulturno zgodovinskih zgradbah, starih nekaj stoletij, vendar kulturno zgodovinsko dragocenih, do sedaj ni bilo racionalnih tehnično tehnoloških rešitev. Poglabljanje z nadomeščanjem manjkajočih temeljev je pomenilo izredno drage izvedbe v primerjavi s predlagano novo tehnologijo avtorja v razmerju 1:10.In the area of building remediation for missing foundations, most often in cultural and historic buildings that are several centuries old but culturally historically valuable, there have been no rational technological solutions so far. Deepening by replacing the missing foundations meant extremely costly implementations compared to the author's proposed new technology of 1:10.

Izum bo opisan na izvedbenem primeru in slikah, ki prikazujejo :According to the invention, the problem is solved by concreting the existing decaying foundation part of the wall, injecting it with mineral silicate cement-swollen mortar and penetrating with water-repellent silicone into the concreted volume and below the foundation. The invention will be described in the embodiment and in the drawings showing:

sl.1 Obstoječi zid zgradbe sl.2 Obbetonirani temeljni zid zgradbe, povezan s sidrom.Fig.1 Existing building wall Fig.2 Concrete foundation wall of the building connected to the anchor.

sl.3 Injicirani temeljni zid zgradbe.Fig.3 Injected foundation wall of a building.

sl.4 Penetracijsko vodoodbojno injiciran zid zgradbeFig.4 Penetration water repellent injection wall of the building

Stabilizirani, obbetonirani, injicirani, vodoodbojno penetrirani tehnično tehnološki postopek je izveden na vlažnem zidu zgradbe 1, na temeljnem delu zidu 2, pod nivojem terena, zunaj ob objektu 3, v notranjosti pod tlakom 4, v zemljini 5 in do prodca 6.Stabilized, concreted, injected, watertight penetrating technologically technological process is carried out on the damp wall of building 1, on the basic part of wall 2, below the level of the terrain, outside the building 3, inside under pressure 4, in the ground 5 and up to the gravel 6.

By excavating at the base of the wall and below one-third of the width, the concrete reinforced concrete armor 7 is anchored, which is anchored through the wall through the thickness of the wall with a horizontal steel link 8 at appropriate intervals.

Za vsestransko stabilnost in kompaktnost propadajočega gradbenega materiala, predlaga avtor injiciranje 9 z mineralno nabrekajočo cementno silikatno injicirno malto pod ustreznim tlakom, do 6 barr. Ekspanzivna nabrekajoča cementna silikatna injicirna malta zapolni vsa zmehčana mesta v temeljnem delu zidu 2, kakor tudi pod injiciranim delom 10 temeljnega dela zidu 2 do trdnega podložnega sloja prodca 6.For versatile stability and compactness of decaying building materials, the author proposes injection of 9 with mineral swelling cement silicate injection mortar under appropriate pressure, up to 6 barr. An expansive swellable cement silicate injection mortar fills all the softened spots in the base part of wall 2 as well as under the injection part 10 of the base part of wall 2 to the solid backing layer of the gravel 6.

Popolno zapolnitev temeljnega dela zidu manjših por, razpokic, predlaga avtor s silikonskimi penetratorji 11, ki so paroprepustni in vodoodbojno konzervirajo mineralne gradbene materiale v zidu 1 ter temeljnem delu zidu 2.The complete filling of the basic part of the wall of smaller pores and cracks is suggested by the author with silicone penetrators 11, which are vapor permeable and waterproof the mineral building materials in wall 1 and the fundamental part of wall 2.
