Predmet izuma so modularni gradbeni podsestavi z leseno osnovo in postopek njihove izdelave, ki omogoča predfabricirano izdelavo kompletnih gradbenih podsestavov za gradnjo zgradb, kot so npr. zunanje in predelne stene, stropovi in talne konstrukcije. Modularni gradbeni is podsestavi po izumu so izdelanih iz lesene osnove, horizontalno ležečih in medsebojno lepljenih ploščatih elementov enake širine, na kateri je izvedena ustrezna toplotna in zvočna izolacija. Modularni gradbeni podsestavi z leseno osnovo in postopek njihove izdelave po pričujočem izumu so prikazani na slikah od 1 do 3.
