Abstract

A vise has a movable clamp block (4) to hold a work piece. The clamp block further incorporates two movable side-clamps (2, 3) resting on a common axis that may be shifted as required towards or away from each other by spindle action. The clamp further incorporates a movable mid-section that is fixed with respect to one of the side clamps (2, 3).
