Abstract

A BSTRACT Provided are a data transmission method and devices, which reduce data transmission delay. 5 The method comprises: a terminal device notifies a network device of attribute information of uplink data to be sent of the terminal device via a scheduling request; the terminal device receives indication information sent by the network device, the indication information being used for indicating uplink authorisation for the uplink data to be sent; the terminal device sends the uplink data to be sent according to the uplink authorisation. 10 FIG. 2
