Abstract

MULTILAYERED NANOPARTICLE AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING AND USING THE SAME The invention relates to a multilayered nanoparticle for delivery of RNA to a cell and methods of manufacturing and using the same. The multilayered nanoparticle has a core nanoparticle coated by alternating positively and negatively charged polymer layers, wherein the at least one of the negatively charged polymer layers is RNA.
