Abstract

The device comprises an elastic strip (1) conformable to the shape of the bag opening, and provided at both ends with cross-pieces (2) extending from either side of the strip. The length of the strip is less than the bag circumference so that it is clamped tightly inside the bag, and the cross-pieces ensure that the strip is kept at right angles relative to the surface on which the bag is rested.
