Abstract

Each module has a bottom plate, a vertical load-bearing wall construction around the bottom plate edge parts and a roof plate. The bottom plate (1) comprises a concrete plate (11) and connected to the bottom plate is a vertically orientated concrete edge beam (14) extending around the concrete plate peripheral edge. The wall construction (2) includes vertical load-bearing columns (24), which are coupled to the edge beams. Parallel floor joists (16) are placed on and connected with the concrete plate.
