The device comprises an anchoring plate (20) arrangement under the roof plate members which has a part (21) which locates against the roof plate member under side in an area where a part (51) of the load-accommodating fixture locates against the roof plate member upper side. Fixture components (52) act between the fixture and the anchoring plate.
