Abstract

An outer container (5) with a bottom plate (3) and perimeter flange (1) is concreted into the floor slab of a bath or shower room. The impermeable floor covering membrane (8) is trimmed over the sloping top (9) of the flange. The gully pot (11) is trapped by walls (16,33) and has a branch (13) connected into the drain pipe (7). - The gully pot is secured in the container by a ring (18) grooved to engage ribs (28,29) on the pot and container (5). A tapered flange (23) on the ring (18) at floor level, is sealed by O-rings (24,25) on the sloping surface.
