Abstract

A telescopic construction is provided in the form of a fixed part (1) fastened on a frame (2) extending vertically and a telescopically movable part (4) arranged on the fixed part. The telescopic part is lowered over the fixed part in the telescopic construction drawn- in position and inside the construction is a lift mechanism (5) for continuously raising or lowering the telescopic part (4). - The lift mechanism comprises an electrically driven positing unit arranged between the telescopically movable part and the fixed part. A console (6) on the telescopic part (4) supports the plotter wheel (8) to which is driven component (9) is connected. The console has an outstretched arm (7) at the free end of which the plotter wheel is rotatably located. The frame (2) is provided with wheels (3) which are rotatably arranged around their fastening shafts on the frame, permitting by rotating the adjustment of the arrangement in the horizontal.
