Abstract

The transformers (1) has four prim. windings (2,4,6,8) with the same number of turns. The number of sec. windings if 4 or 2 (3,5,7,9) and have the same number of turns as the prim. windings. - In the first case with four sec. windings, each of the four prim. windings is bifilarly wound with each sec. winding. In the other case with two sec. windings, the windings are trifilarly wound in such a way that two prim. windings and a sec. winding are wound trifilarly. - The transformer in the second case is also formed by two such trifilarly wound sections. The four prim. windings are connected to a push-pull coupled final stage so that two of the windings are in connection with one tube and the other two windings with the other tube.
