Abstract

In order to facilitate level adjustment of an air- suspended vehicle having parking brake cylinders 33,34,35,36 on both the front and rear axle 3,6, the parking brake system of the vehicle is connected to a control circuit 63 by which the brake action of the brake cylinders 33,34 of the one wheel axle 3 is able to be suspended during a level-adjustment operation, whilst the brake force of the brake cylinders 35,36 on the other wheel axle 6 is maintained. <IMAGE>
