At least two transmitters/receivers (16,17) for oscillation energy are The delay time interval for oscillation energy between each of transmitters/receivers on the feed beam and each of receivers/ transmitters positioned by electromagnetic beams is measured. The positioning of the feed beam is controlled such that measured delay time intervals achieve predetermined values.
