Abstract

The method consists in that the first nominal amplitude value of the alternating component is changed in dependence on the mean value of the absolute amount of a first signal which is proportional to the gas parameter. Furthermore, the pulses obtained are counted out. In addition, a second signal is generated which returns the compressor into the stable operating state at a number of pulses which corresponds to the number of pulses which determines an operating state close to the unstable operating state of the compressor. The second signal is then stored. When a pulse is missing within the first predetermined time of the lack of the pulse, the pulses counted out and the second pulse are deleted.
