Abstract

The invention relates to a device in a storing and drying installation for grain and similar seed products. The installation comprises a plurality of storage bunkers (7) which have, on their floor portions, a ventilating and/or emptying means (10), for example a floor-sleeping means. By means of the device according to the invention, a subatmospheric pressure can be generated within the storage bunkers (7), as a result of which the contents of the storage bunkers can be effectively treated. A primary channel (6) connected to the storage bunkers (7) extends along the storage bunkers (7) and leads to a filtering installation (3), to the outlet of which a secondary channel (12) is connected, it being possible to connect the latter to each storage bunker (7); this air circuit has a fan (15), runs through each storage bunker (7) and is provided with closable air-passage openings which open into neighbouring sections. By regulating these air-passage openings, a subatmospheric pressure can be generated in the storage bunkers (7). <IMAGE>
