Abstract
A wind power plant has firstly a vertical rotor consisting of a vertical rotor shaft 7, 8 and, mounted onto this, elongate rotor blades 15 extending generally in the direction of the axial direction of the rotor, and secondly wind collecting and wind guiding ports, each and any having a port opening with a windscoop above and below the outer part of the port opening, and at least one port blade 17, rotatable around a vertical axis 18. The port blades are individually rotatable for individual adjustment of the ports in dependence of the direction and the force of the wind. <IMAGE>
