Abstract

An arrangement for laying stickers during construction of packs or stacks of timber, which comprises a feeding mechanism 10 for a stock of stickers 2 and a feed-out mechanism 11 for the stickers in said stock. According to the invention, the arrangement comprises a plane support means 1 arranged so as to support said stock of stickers 2 with these standing on end, the feeding mechanism 10 being arranged so as, by means of holding devices 12, 14; 13, 15, to press against the stickers in said stock in order to hold the stickers on end side by side and to feed them in the direction of a feed-out opening 40 in the feed-out mechanism 11. Said feed-out mechanism comprises one or more feed-out means 29, 43; 30, 44 arranged at the feed-out opening 40, through which the feed-out means are designed to feed the nearest sticker out in the downward direction. <IMAGE>
