Description

l5 20 25 30 35 466 563 2 ständiga materialet av den intill de höga temperaturerna belägna innerringdelen av 80 MoCrV 42 l6 (M 50) eller av X 102 CrMo 17 (AISI 440 C). Dessa material undergår vid höga temperaturer ingen funktionsförsämrande nedsätt- ning av hårdheten. Därigenom bibehålles lagrets funktions- förmåga även vid högre temperaturer. Eftersom även via axeln värme når fram till innerringarna är den i krav 3 angivna åtgärden mycket ändamålsenlig. Genom spalten mellan axeln och innerringen närmast kulrummet reduceras värmeövergången, och genom avsaknaden av en spalt uppnås ändå en god sits.
För att i innerringens ändsidesområde värmeövergången skall reduceras ytterligare kan det enligt en speciell utföringsform vara ändamålsenligt att vid dess ändsidor anordna en mellanring med förhöjt värmeövergångsmotstånd.
Uppfinningen skall nu förklaras närmare i anslutning till två figurer. På dessa visar: Fig l ett tvärsnitt genom lagringen enligt uppfinningen för en avgasturboladdare och Fig 2 en variant till fig 1.
Det tvåradiga vinkelkontaktkullagret uppvisar enligt fig l en endelad ytterring l, varvid kulraderna 2 är anordnade på stort avstånd från varandra. Den breddade innerringen är delad och består av två innerringdelar 3 och 4. De sistnämnda sitter på en axel 5, varvid inner- ringen 4 sitter på den sidan där de vid avgasturboladdare rådande höga temperaturerna uppträder. Den sistnämnda innerringen består därför av material med hög värmebestän- dighet. Därigenom reduceras starkt risken för lagerhaveri.
Genom innerringens delning består den andra innerring- delen av billigt, normalt rullningslagerstål.
Värmeövergången reduceras ytterligare genom att mellan innerringdelen 4 och axeln 5 vid kulraden 2 är anordnad en spalt 6. För att trots detta uppnå en god sits på axeln 5 uppvisar innerringdelen 4 i det därintill belägna området 4' en borrningsdiameter som svarar mot axeln 5. Dessutom medför spalten 6 fördelen att passnings- av 466 565 3 toleransernas inverkan mellan axeln och innerringen reduce- ras till lagrets mittradialspel.
Mycket fördelaktigt är även anordnandet av en mellan- ring 7 med förhöjt värmeövergångsmotstånd på innerringens 4 ändsida (se fig 2). Därigenom reduceras rullningslagrets temperaturbelastning ytterligare.

Claims (4)

1. Rullningslagring för avgasturboladdare, bestående av två på inbördes avstånd på en axel (5) anordnade rull- ningslager (2), varvid på axelns (5) ena sida uppträder höga temperaturer, k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav, att lagringens ytterring (1) innefattar en ringdel medan lagrets innerring innefattar två ringdelar (3,4), varvid den närmast de höga temperaturerna belägna innerringdelen (4) består av material med hög värmebeständighet.
2. Rullningslagring enligt krav 1, k ä n n e t e c k - n a d därav, att öppningen åtminstone i den av värmebestän- digt material bestående innerringdelen (4) uppvisar minst ett område (4'), som svarar mot axelns (5) diameter, medan därintill mellan ringdelen (4) och axeln (5) är anordnad en spalt (6).
3. Rullningslagring enligt krav 1 eller 2, k ä n - n e t e c k n a d därav, att på innerringens (4) ändsida är anordnad en mellanring (7) med förhöjt värmeövergångs- motstånd.
4. Rullningslagring enligt krav 1, 2 eller 3, k ä n n e t e c k n a d genom användning av materialen 80 MoCrV 42 16 (M 50) eller X 102 CrMo 17 (AISI 440 C) som värmebeständigt material. *Kw-
