463 674 10 15 20 25 30 35 2 av aminosyra sätter en mängd av åtminstone 0,2 vikt-% av den ingående massan av en förening ur den grupp som består av ce- tanol, stearylalkohol, stearinsyra, hydrolyserad ricinolja, Na-stearylfumarat, och mono- di- och triestrar av palmitinsyra och stearinsyra med glycerin..
Ytterligare karaktäristika framgår av hithörande patentkrav.
Bland mera besvärliga amfotära aminosyror eller amfotära deri- vat av aminosyror kan speciellt nämnas acetylcystein, metyl- dopa, L-dopa, karboximetylcystein.
Bland fetter, fettsyror och fettalkoholer väljes speciellt sådana med 14-20 C, varvid speciellt kan nämnas cetanol, stea- rinsyra, stearylalkohol, hydrolyserad ricinolja, Na-stearyl- fumarat, PrecirolR (mono-, di- och triestrar av palmitin och stearinsyra med glycerin).
En tillsats av åtminstone 0,2 vikt-% av angivna substans till aminosyramassan kan vara tillräckligt för att förhindra flui- diseringsproblemet. Dock kan större mängd tillsättas om så erfordras och kan ske utan påverkan av den slutliga använd- ningen. Sålunda kan upp till 20 vikt-% användas.
Uppfinningen kommer nedan att belysas med hänvisning till an- givna exempel.
Exempel A I en anordning för fluidiserande bädd behandling (NICASYSTEMR FLUID-BED COATER) infördes 200 g kristallin acetylcystein.
Fluidisering startades genom inblåsning av luft. Efter 3 se- kunder hade fluidiseringen helt upphört och acetylcysteinmas- san satt som en kaka på anordningens väggar.
Exempel 1' I samma anordning som användes i exempel A infördes 500 g kristallin acetylcystein och fluidiseringen startades under samtidig tillsats av 5 g cetanol löst i metylenklorid-isopro- 10 15 20 25 30 35 3 463 674 panol 50:50. Fluidiseringen påverkades ej, utan vidare bear- betning av den kristallina acetylcysteinmassan kunde ske under goda fluidiseringsbetingelser.
Partikelstorleken pà behandlat acetylcystein var i detta exem- pel 0,8 mm.
Andra lösningsmedel-för lösning av angivna ämnen är aceton, etanol, eller blandningar av metylenklorid, aceton, isopropa- nol och etanol.
Claims (6)
1. Förfarande för behandling i fluidiserad bädd av amfotära aminosyror och amfotära derivat av aminosyror ur den grupp som bestàr av acetylcystein, L-dopa, metyldopa och karboxime- tylcystein för en vidare användning, kännetecknat av, att man till en massa av nämnda aminosyra eller derivat av amino- syra sätter en mängd av åtminstone 0,2 vikt-% av den ingáende massan av en förening ur den grupp som bestàr av cetanol, stearylalkohol, stearinsyra, hydrolyserad ricinolja, Na-stea- rylfumarat och mono-, di-, och triestrar av palmitin och stea- rinsyra med glycerin.
2. Förfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat av, att tillsatsen utgör åtminstone 0,5 vikt-%.
3. Förfarande enligt krav l, kännetecknat av att tillsatsen utgör átminstone 2 vikt-%.
4. Förfarande enligt krav l-3, kännetecknat av att cetanol tillsättes till acetylcystein.
5. Förfarande enligt krav l-3, kännetecknat av att stearylal- kohol tillsättes.
6. Förfarande enligt krav l-3, tillsättes. kännetecknat av att stearinsyra
