Abstract

1,207,245. Transfers. T. LEE and T. LEE. 9 April, 1968 [19 Jan., 1968], No. 16993/68. Heading B6C. Pattern 6 is transferred to a finger-nail or toenail by wrapping transparent strip S around the nail, so that pattern 6 is set in a desired position while viewing it through the strip, then adhesive patches 4 are brought into contact to fix strip S in position while pattern 6 is transferred to the nail by pressure applied through strip S. A tool for applying this pressure is described. Strips S may be mounted face down on a board for storage prior to use, or may be in roll form, with transverse separating perforations and protective paper or vinyl plastics material patches.
