Abstract

A pressure regulating unit (1) for regulating the pressure resulted from a fire in a room (100) volume, comprising: a valve member (13) adapted to be arranged in a fluid channel fluidly connecting an inside of said room (100) volume to an outside of said room (100) volume, the valve member (13) configured to be changeable between a closed state (A) in which state the valve member (13) fluidly disconnects the inside of said room (100) volume from the outside of said room (100) volume, and an open state (B) in which state the valve member (13) allows fluid connection between the inside of said room (100) volume and the outside of said room (100) volume, wherein the valve member (13) is configured to change to the open state when the pressure in said room (100) volume exceeds a predetermined positive pressure (P) threshold level or falls below a predetermined negative pressure (P) threshold level and is in said closed position during pressure levels in the room (100) volume being between said positive pressure threshold level and negative pressure threshold level, wherein the valve member (13) is configured to be held in the closed state (A) by means of magnetism.
