Abstract

A supply and exhaust air terminal device 10 comprises a blowing fan P1, supplying fresh air L1 into a supply duct 12 and further into the supply and exhaust air terminal device's supply air chamber 13. Supply chamber 13 comprises nozzles (14a1, 14a2... fig 4)) or a nozzle gap, through which air is made to flow into a mixing chamber (15). Fresh supply air L1 induces a circulated airflow L2 from a room H to flow through a heat exchanger (16) into the mixing chamber (15), so that the flows L1+L2 are combined to flow out of the device 10. A first control device 17 controls a bypass flow L3 into the room H in order to control the total flow rate Q1+Q2 into the room H. A second control device 19 controls an exhaust airflow Q3 from the room H through an exhaust air opening into an exhaust air chamber 201 and exhaust duct 20 via a second fan P2. First 17 and second 19 control devices may be linear valves that may be manual controlled or remote controlled via the use of an electric motor. Supply 12 and exhaust 20 ducts may have a pressure control device 11, 21 for controlling the pressure in and out of the device 10. A pressure sensor 18 may be provided in the supply 13 and exhaust 201 chambers 13 to determine airflow.
