Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية لتحضير جسيم نانوي nanoparticle من فوسفات كالسيوم غير متبلور مطلي بالسيترات citrate-coated amorphous calcium phosphate حيث تشتمل على الخطوات التالية: 1) توفير محلول أول first solution من ملح كالسيوم salt of calcium وملح سيترات citrate salt حيث تكون النسبة الجزيئية لأيون السيترات citrate ion إلى أيون الكالسيوم calcium ion في نطاق يتراوح من 1 إلى 2 مما يؤدي إلى الحصول على محلول صافِ أول clear first solution ؛ 2) توفير محلول ثان second solution من ملح قادر إعطاء أيون فوسفات phosphate anion وملح كربونات carbonate salt ؛ 3) خلط المحلول الأول والثاني معاً عند رقم هيدروجيني في نطاق يتراوح من 8 إلى 11؛ 4) ترسيب الجسيم النانوي nanoparticle ؛ و5) تجفيف الجسيم النانوي الذي تم الحصول عليه من الخطوة 4). يوفر الاختراع على نحو مفضل ومفيد إضافة مركب فلوريد fluoride compound في الخطوة 2) للحصول على جسيم نانوي nanoparticle أو كتلة جسيمات نانوية من فوسفات كالسيوم calcium phosphate nanoparticle مغطى بالسيترات مطعم بالفلوريد fluorine-doped citrate-coated. الجسيم النانوي/كتلة
