Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتوفير أنظمة وطرق لرصد مائع لتحقيق غرض تحديد المحتوى الميكروبيولوجي و/أو الكائنات الدقيقة وتحديد فاعلية المعالجة الميكروبيولوجية. وتشمل أحد الطرق لرصد مائع ما تضمين المائع في حمام تدفق، حيث يتضمن المائع كائن دقيق واحد على الأقل موجود داخله، ويتفاعل الإشعاع المغناطيسي الكهربي ضوئياً من المائع مع عنصر حسابي مدمج، مما وبالتالي يتم ضوئياً إنتاج ضوء متفاعل، يتم استقباله باستخدام كاشف واحد على الأقل، ويتم باستخدام كاشف واحد على الأقل إنتاج إشارة خرج مناظرة لأحد خصائص المائع، حيث تتمثل خاصية المائع في تركيز كائن دقيق واحد على الأقل داخل المائع. شكل 1.
