Claims (22)

1. Устройство для наложения электрических полей на выбранный участок живого тела, включающее опорные средства (54), блок нескольких электродов (42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52,), установленных на указанных опорных средствах, причем по меньшей мере несколько электродов имеют форму игл для проникновения в ткань, и электрический импульсный генератор (115) для подачи импульсов электрических сигналов высокой амплитуды на указанные электроды для электропорации клеток, находящихся между указанными электродами, отличающееся тем, что блок электродов состоит из нескольких противоположных пар электродов, установленных на указанных опорных средствах на расстоянии друг от друга, по крайней мере несколько из них имеют форму игл, расположенных на указанных опорных средствах на расстоянии друг от друга для проникновения в ткань по противоположным сторонам выбранной области ткани для in vivo электропорации клеток ткани; и электрический импульсный генератор (115), имеющий средства переключения (104) для избирательной подачи импульсов электрических сигналов высокой амплитуды на выбранные противоположные пары указанных электродов пропорционально расстоянию между указанными противоположными парами электродов для электропорации клеток ткани между указанными электродами.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором указанные выбранные пары (42, 44, 48, 50, 52) электродов задают углы прямоугольника.
3. Устройство по п.2, в котором указанный блок электродов представляет собой пару пространственно разделенных линейных блоков игольчатых электродов (132, 134), и указанные блоки выполнены с возможностью из регулирования относительно друг друга на указанных опорных средствах.
4. Устройство по п. 2, в котором указанный блок электродов включает кольцевой блок игольчатых электродов (42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52) и указанные средства переключения (104), обеспечивающие выбранное изменение полярности противоположных пар указанных электродов.
5. Устройство по п.4, в котором указанные средства переключения включают поворотный переключатель (104), избирательно устанавливаемый для поочередного присоединения различных противоположных пар электродов к указанному импульсному генератору.
6. Устройство по пп.1 или 2, в котором все указанные электроды являются игольчатыми электродами (42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52).
7. Устройство по пп.4 или 5, в котором указанные опорные средства представляют собой втулку (54), установленную на оси (56).
8. Устройство по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере один из указанных игольчатых электродов имеет просвет для инъекции молекул в указанную ткань.
9. Устройство по пп.1, 2, 4 или 5, в котором указанные электроды выполнены с возможностью регулирования относительно указанных опорных средств для регулировки глубины проникновения.
10. Устройство по п.1, в котором указанные электроды включают трубчатые иглы (170, 172) для введения в выбранную ткань и проводники (176, 178), которые могут проходить сквозь указанные иглы в указанную ткань.
11. Устройство по п.10, в котором указанные иглы (170, 172) можно убрать, оставив указанные проводники (176, 178).
12. Устройство по пп.1, 2 или 4, в котором генератор поля (115) генерирует электрическое поле, имеющее силу примерно от 0,2 кВ/см до 20 кВ/см и примерно от одного до тысячи импульсов для наложения на ткань.
13. Применение электропорации для введения молекул в клетки, включающее использование импульсного генератора и блока нескольких электродов, имеющих форму игл для проникновения в ткань, отличающееся тем, что осуществляют: введение указанных игольчатых электродов в выбранную ткань для введения молекул в эту ткань; установку по меньшей мере двух пар электродов указанного блока электродов с обеспечением электропроводности в отношении выбранной ткани, так что указанная ткань находится между первой парой и второй парой электродов; подключение указанного электрического импульсного генератора к указанным электродам; и управление указанным электрическим импульсным генератором для подачи импульсов высокоамплитудных электрических сигналов к противоположным парам электродов пропорционально расстоянию между указанными парами электродов для электропорации клеток ткани.
14. Применение по п.13, в котором указанная операция установки указанного блока электродов заключается в установке пар электродов, задающих углы в прямоугольнике, причем первый и второй игольчатые электроды представляют собой пару трубчатых игл введения в выбранную ткань, и указанные электроды являются разделимыми проводниками, которые можно вводить через указанные иглы в указанную ткань.
15. Применение по п.1, в котором указанные иглы можно удалить, оставив указанные электроды.
16. Применение по п.13, в котором указанная операция использования указанного блока электродов включает использование центрального электрода, обладающего первой полярностью, и нескольких электродов другой полярности, окружающих указанный центральный электрод.
17. Применение по п.16, включающее стадию использования переключающего узла, содержащего поворотный переключатель, избирательно устанавливаемый для поочередного подключения различных противоположных пар электродов к указанному импульсному генератору.
18. Применение по п.13, в котором молекулу выбирают из группы, состоящей из химиотерапевтического агента, полинуклеотида и полипептида.
19. Применение по п.18, в котором химиотерапевтический агент является блеомицином.
20. Применение по п.13, в котором ткань выбирают из группы, состоящей из поджелудочной железы, легкого, сердца, почки, мышцы, молочной железы, прямой кишки, простаты, тимуса, семенника и яичника.
21. Применение по п.13, в котором указанная операция использования указанного блока электродов включает использование блока нескольких игольчатых электродов, состоящих из нескольких противоположных пар игольчатых электродов для введения в выбранную ткань, и указанная операция подачи импульсов на указанные электроды включает выборочную подачу импульсов на противоположные пары электродов.
22. Применение по п.21, в котором операция подачи импульсов на указанный блок электродов включает подачу указанных импульсов последовательно к парам электродов в указанном блоке.
