Способ проведения лотереи, заключающийся в создании и распространении лотерейных билетов, с нанесенными на них индивидуальными игровыми полями, формировании призового фонда каждого тиража, разыгрывании призового фонда по закону случайных чисел в несколько тиражей, в определении и выдаче выигрыша по выигравшему билету, отличающийся тем, что игроки имеют возможность либо получить выигрыш по окончании розыгрыша тиража, либо приобрести права требования на части имущественного выигрыша, накопить их, востребовать и получить выигрыш в удобное для себя время в выбранной форме на территории проведения лотереи.1.
