Способ флотации пентландита из полиметаллических пирротинсодержащих материалов, включающий предварительную обработку пульпы материала в известковой среде солью дитиокарбаминовой кислоты, кондиционирование с сульфгидрильным собирателем и вспенивателем и постадийное флотационное выделение пентландита в пенные продукты при непрерывном аэрировании пульпы кислородосодержащим газом, отличающийся тем, что выделение пентландита на первой стадии ведут в течение 24-32 мин, а аэрирование пульпы кислородосодержащим газом осуществляют при массовом соотношении элементного кислорода, щелочной соли дитиокарбаминовой кислоты и пирротина 1: (0,02-0,11) : (140-215).1.
