Способ производства носков и подобных им изделий, имеющих закрытый мысок, вырабатываемых на одноцилиндровой кругловязальной машине, у верхнего конца игольного цилиндра которого находится полуплатина, обращенная к одной половине игольного цилиндра и снабженная элементами зацепления нити, которые приводятся в движение в радиальном направлении относительно игольного цилиндра и зацепляют нить или нити, подаваемые машиной на участок между двумя смежными иглами, причем данная полуплатина переворачивается вокруг диаметральной оси игольного цилиндра, отличающийся тем, что этот способ включает в себя: первый этап, во время которого приводится в движение игольный цилиндр с частотой колебаний n вокруг собственной оси с углом колебаний, как правило, 180o для того, чтобы переместить половину игольного цилиндра, которая обращена к полуплатине так, чтобы она прошла перед механизмом подачи машины, при этом во время колебаний игольного цилиндра элементы зацепления извлекаются из данной полуплатины в радиальном направлении за один из их кончиков в сторону иголок, и по крайней мере одна нить принимается от механизма подачи, поднимаясь до позиции для вязания, причем при каждом колебании расположенные на равном расстоянии 1/n иглы данной половины игольного цилиндра заменяются иглами, которые выдвигаются в положение для вязания в последующем колебании или в последующих колебаниях, а первые иглы после захвата нити или нитей, которые опираются на данные элементы зацепления, опускаются; второй этап, во время которого элементы зацепления задвигаются в направлении данной полуплатины, запрессовывая нить или нити, опирающиеся на них; третий этап, во время которого осуществляется вязание пятки иглами данной половины игольного цилиндра; четвертый этап, во время которого полуплатина переворачивается вокруг данной диаметральной оси и обращается в сторону другой половины игольного цилиндра; пятый этап, во время которого нить или нити, запрессованные данными элементами зацепления, передаются другой половине игольного цилиндра; и шестой этап, во время которого машина приводится в действие для завершения изделия в виде продолжения процессов, которые выполнялись ранее.1.
