Abstract

FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: improved filtration properties of bottom-hole zone of reservoir are achieved due to preventing inflow of liquid into well during subsurface maintenance work which can reduce reduction of productivity of producing wells and injectivity of injection wells. During maintenance work according to method, injected into well is plugging liquid so as to prevent outburst of reservoir liquid and gas into atmosphere. Also performed are unsealing of well head and removal of plugging liquid from well after installing packer with non-return valve in well above reservoir level. Plugging liquid is injected above packer and by means of column of this liquid created is surplus pressure as against pressure occurred below packer. EFFECT: high efficiency.

Способ относится к нефтедобывающей промышленности и может быть использован при текущем ремонте нефтяных, газовых и нагнетательных скважин, во время которых производится замена оборудования. Целью изобретения является улучшение фильтрационных свойств призабойной зоны пласта за счет недопущения проникновения в нее во время подземного ремонта жидкости глушения, вызывающей в добывающих скважинах снижение продуктивности пласта, а в нагнетательных - снижение его приемистости. Это достигается тем, что при осуществлении способа текущего ремонта скважины, включающем закачку в нее жидкости глушения для предотвращения выброса пластовой жидкости и газа в атмосферу, разгерметизацию устья и удаление из скважины жидкости глушения, в скважине предварительно устанавливают выше пласта пакер с обратным клапаном, а жидкость глушения закачивают над пакером и создают столбом этой жидкости избыточное давление по сравнению с давлением, возникающим под пакером.The method relates to the oil industry and can be used in the repair of oil, gas and injection wells, during which equipment is replaced.
