Abstract

FIELD: submersible pumps. SUBSTANCE: pump is provided with two pump sections of the same standard size which are used for parallel operation for one delivery manifold in single monoblock assembly. Impellers of pump sections are located one after other on drive shaft extension piece. Delivery branch pipe of final pump section is provided with diffuser endpiece entering coaxially the delivery manifold at point of connection of delivery branch pipe of other section forming last diffuser passage for outlet flow. Such construction of confuser endpiece provides for ejecting action on flow escaping from other section. EFFECT: improved technical and economical index

Claims (1)

Погружной центробежный насос предназначен для работы с большим расходом в стесненных условиях, преимущественно в системах маслоснабжения паротурбинных установок. Насос выполнен с двумя насосными секциями одного типоразмера, служащими для параллельной работы на один напорный коллектор в одной моноблочной сборке. При этом рабочие колеса насосных секций расположены друг за другом на консоле приводного вала. Нагнетательный патрубок конечной насосной секции выполнен с конфузорным наконечником, входящим соосно в напорный коллектор цилиндрической формы, в месте подключения нагнетательного патрубка другой секции, образуя для выходного потока последней диффузорный канал. В результате такого решения конфузорный наконечник одной секции оказывает эжектирующее воздействие на поток, выходящий из другой секции, что позволяет получить высокие технико-экономические показатели насоса. Вместе с тем изобретение позволяет использовать идентичные рабочие колеса для обеих секций.The submersible centrifugal pump is designed to operate at high flow rates in cramped conditions, mainly in oil supply systems of steam turbine plants. The discharge pipe of the final pump section is made with a confuser tip, which coaxially enters the cylindrical pressure header at the connection point of the discharge pipe of the other section, forming a diffuser channel for the outlet stream. As a result of this solution, the confuser tip of one section has an ejective effect on the flow exiting from another section, which allows to obtain high technical and economic performance of the pump. However, the invention allows the use of identical impellers for both sections.
