FIELD: rotary valve for pouring opening in bottom of metallurgical vessel. SUBSTANCE: novelty is pouring out sleeve mounted in lower portion of stationary pouring nozzle and having inclined pouring-out passage. On lower horizontal surface of said sleeve as mirror reflection one more pouring-out sleeve is arranged. Said second sleeve adjoins to first one by its identical end surface and it is inserted to pouring nozzle that may be rotated relative to above mentioned stationary pouring nozzle in such a way that mutually opposite openings of pouring out passages of both sleeves are arranged coaxially at predetermined rotation angle of pouring nozzle (opened position of valve) and at other position said openings partially or completely separate pouring out passages (closed position of valve). EFFECT: improved design.
