Abstract

FIELD: gas analyzing device of uninterrupted action. SUBSTANCE: method lies in ionization of analyzed sample of gas and in feed of formed flux of ions into zone of registration by gas carrier. Specific feature of method consists in additional formation of electric field creating flux of ions from ionization zone to registration zone. Device for realization of method has ionization chamber electrodes and collector. Additional formation of electric field is carried out by manufacture of ionization chamber closed on one side of cavity with wall perforated from side of inlet of gases formed by equipotential surfaces connected to power supply source. EFFECT: two fold increase of sensitivity of device. 2 cl, 2 dwg

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к газоаналитическим приборам непрерывного действия. Задача изобретения - повышение чувствительности при анализе газов. Способ заключается в ионизации анализируемой пробы газа и подаче образованного потока ионов в зону регистрации газом-носителем. Новым в способе является дополнительное создание электрического поля, формирующего поток ионов из зоны ионизации в зону регистрации. Устройство для реализации способа содержит ионизационную камеру, электроды и коллектор. Новым в устройстве является то, что дополнительное создание электрического поля осуществляют путем выполнения ионизационной камеры замкнутой с одной стороны полости со стенкой, перфорированной со стороны входа газа, образованной эквипотенциальными поверхностями, подключенными к источнику питания. Результатом изобретения является увеличение чувствительности в два раза.The invention relates to gas analytical devices of continuous operation. The objective of the invention is to increase the sensitivity in the analysis of gases. The method consists in ionizing the analyzed gas sample and supplying the generated ion stream to the registration zone with a carrier gas. New in the method is the additional creation of an electric field that forms the ion flux from the ionization zone to the registration zone. A device for implementing the method comprises an ionization chamber, electrodes and a collector. New in the device is that the additional creation of an electric field is carried out by performing an ionization chamber of a cavity closed on one side with a wall perforated from the gas inlet side formed by equipotential surfaces connected to a power source. The result of the invention is a twofold increase in sensitivity.
