Abstract
FIELD: analysis of gas-air mixture with catalytic oxidation, mainly, for indication in systems for explosion prevention and for monitoring explosion-hazard degree of explosion-hazard objects. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes stable-duty pulse generator, unit for supplying power to pickup in the form of pulse voltage source, synchronous detector with two inputs and one output. Control input of synchronous detector is connected with output of pulse generator forming pulses whose duty is set according to relation Q = Q = U/U,, where Q - duty factor, Us - voltage supplied to secondary devices, Uv - voltage supplied to primary devices (sensor). Apparatus allows to increase equivalent responsibility of sensor by Us/Uv times. That is especially effective for selective mode at which power supply system of sensor is connected directly with common voltage source intermittently and output power of sensor corresponds to nominal one; mean value of current passing through sensor upon such connection is by Q times less than pulse one and by Us/Uv time less than nominal current of sensor.
