Трубное переходное устройство для зажимного соединения с концом трубчатой детали (4) модульного протеза, включающее соединительную трубную муфту (2), которая снабжена осевой прорезью, затягивается по периметру с помощью натяжного винта или подобных средств и предназначена для приема конца трубы (4), причем к одному из концов трубной муфты примыкает кольцевой сцепной участок (3), имеющий по своему периметру предпочтительно четыре равноудаленных друг от друга резьбовых отверстия (5) под соединительные и юстировочные винты, а со стороны торца - кольцеобразный шаровой подпятник (6) для контакта с полусферой юстировочного стержня, который в положении сцепления своим выступом, выполненным в виде многогранной пирамиды, простирается в зону действия зажимных винтов, отличающееся тем, что свободный концевой участок (7) трубной муфты (2), противоположный сцепному участку (3), снабжен установленной на его внутренней кольцевой поверхности пластмассовой зажимной манжетой (8).1.
