Abstract

FIELD: refrigerating engineering; evaporator or condenser of refrigerating machine. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger has hermetic housing 1 with flat multi-pass pipe 2 arranged in it; pipe is coiled in spiral forming spiral passage for inter-tube space medium bounded at two sides with end walls of housing; housing is also provided with branch pipes 4 and 5 for supply and discharge of tube space medium, respectively; these branch pipes are connected to above-mentioned pipe; housing is also provided with branch pipes 6 and 7 supply and discharge of inter-tube space medium, respectively and partition 3 made in form of spiral band mounted in inter-tube medium passage; lateral edges of band adjoin end walls of housing; partition divides passage into two spiral passages, branch pipes 6 and 7 are in communication with this passage. Besides that, these branch pipes are brought in communication with inter-tube space medium passages adjoining pipe 2; tube space medium supply branch pipe is connected to part of passages of pipe 2 and discharge branch pipe 5 is connected to remaining passages at the same end of pipe; at other end of pipe, passages are brought in communication by means of manifold 8. EFFECT: increased heat transfer coefficient.

Использование: в холодильной технике в качестве испарителя или конденсатора холодильной машины. Технический результат: повышение коэффициента теплопередачи. Сущность изобретения: теплообменник содержит герметичный корпус 1 с размещенной в нем плоской многоканальной трубой 2, свернутой в спираль с образованием между ее витками ограниченного с двух других сторон торцевыми стенками корпуса спирального канала для среды межтрубного пространства, подводящий 4 и отводящий 5 патрубки среды трубного пространства, подключенные к упомянутой трубе, подводящий 6 и отводящий 7 патрубки среды межтрубного пространства, снабжен перегородкой 3 в виде спиральной ленты, установленной в упомянутом канале для среды межтрубного пространства, примыкающей боковыми кромками к торцовым стенкам корпуса и разделяющей упомянутый канал на два спиральных канала, при этом подводящий 6 и отводящий 7 патрубки среды межтрубного пространства сообщены с этими каналами. Для усиления указанного технического результата эти патрубки сообщены с каналами среды межтрубного пространства в зонах, примыкающих упомянутой к трубе 2, подводящий 4 патрубок среды трубного пространства подключен к части каналов упомянутой трубы 2, а отводящий 5 - к оставшейся части каналов, причем с того же конца трубы, что и подводящий, при этом упомянутые части каналов с другого конца трубы сообщены между собой посредством коллектора 8.Usage: in refrigeration as an evaporator or condenser of a refrigeration machine.
