Abstract

FIELD: manufacture of textile machines; applicable on any types of looms with heald shedding motions. SUBSTANCE: the invention offers the mechanism for moving the warp threads in horizontal plane across the loom along the weft which consists of two heald frames with holes in which movable strips may move along weft on one heald frame on its top end on the other, from bottom by rigidly secured rods to them, in eyes of which warp threads are passed. Movable strips by means of pins secured to one of ends, interact, respectively, with its arm of three-arm lever, with roller located on the third arm and interfacts with cardboard which consists of profiled plates arranged on the prism driven by loom shaft. The invention allows production of triaxial fabric with variable direction of axes in weaving, and wide field of application and diverse patterns. In this fabric, warp threads may be interwoven with one another and with weft threads, also locating parallel to one another and square to weft. This allows production of fabric of sufficient strength and wear resistance due to increased number of joints of warp threads with one another and with weft threads. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 5 dwg

The invention relates to textile machinery and can be used on any type of looms with heald shedding mechanisms. The shed forming mechanism of the loom contains a mechanism for moving the main threads in a horizontal plane across the weaving machine along the weft, consisting of two heald frames with holes in which movable slats can move along the weft, on one heald frame on top and on the other from below, rigidly fixed to them with rods, into the eyes of which the main threads are threaded. The movable slats by means of fingers fixed at one end interact respectively with their shoulder of the three-armed lever, on the third end of which there is a roller interacting with cardboard consisting of profiled plates located on a prism that receives movement from the shaft of the loom. The invention allows to produce a triaxial fabric with a variable direction of the axes during weaving of a wide range of applications, a variety of patterns in which the main threads can be intertwined with each other and weft threads, and also can be parallel to one another and perpendicular to the weft, which allows to obtain a fabric of sufficient strength, wear resistance due to an increase in the number of bonds between the warp threads and the weft threads.
