Abstract

FIELD: logging equipment. SUBSTANCE: logging machine has self-propelled chassis 1 of, for instance, caterpillar tractor, frame 2, operator's cabin 3, load-bearing platform 5, which may be tilted by hydraulic cylinder 4 and is formed as body with rear side moved by hydraulic cylinder 6 and front side provided with guarding projection 7. Hydraulic manipulator 8 is positioned in front of operator's cabin 3. Clamping levers are mounted in upper part of pusher on shaft to form branch and cutting remains accumulator together with pusher. Processor 9 is fixed on end of manipulator 8. Logging machine is further provided with pruner-drawer for cutting off branches and extensions from thin stems. Logging machine working width is 4-5 m, with forest strips of 20 m width being left aside and overmature and commercial trees being simultaneously cut off. To prevent seedlings from being damaged and to minimize damage to environment, cut off logs are taken back in load- carrying platforms by back run along track, which had been previously laid during forward run. Operations, such as tree felling, pruning, bucking, laying of assortment and saw logs on load-bearing machine, are effectuated above stump of tree, not on the ground beside it. EFFECT: increased efficiency, minimized damage to timber material due to suspended position of trees in the process of working cut trees, increased ecology control and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg

Лесозаготовительная машина включает самоходное шасси 1, например, гусеничного трелевочного трактора, раму 2, кабину 3 оператора, опрокидывающуюся с помощью гидроцилиндра 4 грузонесущую платформу 5, выполненную в виде кузова, у которого задний борт открывается гидроцилиндром 6, а передняя часть имеет выступ 7 для ограждения. Спереди кабины установлен гидроманипулятор 8. На толкателе в верхней части установлены на вале зажимные рычаги, которые совместно с толкателем образуют накопитель сучьев и порубочных остатков. Лесозаготовительная машина значительно меняет технологический процесс заготовки древесины: не комплекс машин, а одна машина производит заготовку сортиментов и пиловочника при полосно сплошной рубке деревьев с шириной коридора 4 - 5 м, оставляя с боков от себя лесополосы шириной 20 м и вырубая одновременно из них перестойные и деловые деревья. С целью сохранения подроста и нанесения наименьшего ущерба экологии леса вывозку сортиментов и пиловочника в грузонесущей платформе производят задним ходом по ранее проложенной при переднем ходе колее. Все операции (срезание дерева, обрезку сучьев, раскряжевку, укладку сортиментов и пиловочника на грузонесущую платформу) производят не около пня на земле, а над ним. Учитывая, что при этом дерево находится в подвешенном состоянии, повреждаемость деревьев как заготавливаемых, так и на корню резко уменьшается.

In order to preserve the undergrowth and inflict the least damage to the ecology of the forest, the removal of assortments and logs in the load-carrying platform is carried out in reverse using the track that was previously laid with the front course. All operations (cutting wood, cutting branches, bucking, laying assortments and sawlogs on a load-bearing platform) are carried out not above a stump on the ground, but above it. Given that in this case the tree is in limbo, the damage to trees both harvested and standing is sharply reduced.
