Abstract

FIELD: methods of integrated protection from corrosion and marine growth in sea water of ships and other structures. SUBSTANCE: integrated protection from corrosion and marine growth includes anticorrosive and antigrowth coating in form of solid electrically conductive layer, combination of concurrent or separate cathode polarization of structure and anode polarization of electrically conductive layer depending on values of velocity of sea water flow and specific contact resistance of anticorrosive coating. EFFECT: higher efficiency of protection from corrosion and marine growth, increased term of protective effect from marine growth equaling to that of anticorrosive coating, reduced power consumption of protection and increased ecological safety.

Claims (1)

Предложен способ комплексной защиты от коррозии и обрастания в морской воде судовых и других конструкций, включающий нанесение противокоррозионного покрытия и противообрастающего покрытия в виде сплошного электропроводящего слоя, сочетание одновременной или раздельной катодной поляризации конструкции и анодной поляризации электропроводящего слоя в зависимости от значений скорости потока морской воды и удельного переходного сопротивления противокоррозионного покрытия. Изобретение обеспечивает повышение эффективности защиты от коррозии и обрастания, повышает срок службы защиты от обрастания до любой заданной величины, но не менее срока службы противокоррозионного покрытия, снижает энергоемкость защиты и ее экологическую опасность.A method is proposed for comprehensive protection against corrosion and fouling in marine water of ship and other structures, including applying an anti-corrosion coating and anti-fouling coating in the form of a continuous electrically conductive layer, a combination of simultaneous or separate cathodic polarization of the structure and anode polarization of the electrically conductive layer depending on the values of the flow rate of sea water and specific transition resistance of anticorrosive coating. The invention improves the efficiency of protection against corrosion and fouling, increases the service life of the protection against fouling to any specified value, but not less than the service life of the anticorrosion coating, reduces the energy consumption of the protection and its environmental hazard.
