Abstract

FIELD: biology, hematology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cell strains and methods for highly effective production of soluble peptides showing ligand-binding activity with respect to growth factor obtained from platelet (GFP). Invention describes also the strains producing soluble fragments of exocellular regions of GFP-receptors. Also, invention describes methods using these cell strains for indicated fragment production. EFFECT: improved method of polypeptide preparing.

Claims (1)

Клеточные линии и способы предназначены для получения высокоэффективной продукции растворимых пептидов, обладающих лиганд-связывающей активностью полученного из тромбоцитов фактора роста (ТРФ). Клеточные линии секретируют растворимые фрагменты внеклеточных районов ТРФ-рецептора (ТРФ-Р). Кроме того, предложены способы, использующие эти клеточные линии для продукции указанных фрагментов.Cell lines and methods are designed to produce highly efficient production of soluble peptides having ligand-binding activity of platelet derived growth factor (TRF).
