Abstract

Качество движущейся нити в процессе изготовления и обработки контролируют путем непрерывного измерения усилия натяжения нити. Для этого при возникновении определенных дефектов устанавливают кривую усилия натяжения нити и накапливают ее в виде изображения дефекта. Непрерывно измеряемое усилие натяжения нити контролируют по совпадению с изображением дефекта или участками изображения дефекта и при возникновении характерной для данного дефекта кривой выдают сигнал качества. Сигнал качества может быть использован для регулирования параметров способа.

Claims (1)

  1. Качество движущейся нити в процессе изготовления и обработки контролируют путем непрерывного измерения усилия натяжения нити. Для этого при возникновении определенных дефектов устанавливают кривую усилия натяжения нити и накапливают ее в виде изображения дефекта. Непрерывно измеряемое усилие натяжения нити контролируют по совпадению с изображением дефекта или участками изображения дефекта и при возникновении характерной для данного дефекта кривой выдают сигнал качества. Сигнал качества может быть использован для регулирования параметров способа.
