Abstract

Термопластичную смолу с низким индексом расплава разжижают с получением расплавленного потока, после чего в проплавленный поток в условиях низкого напряжения сдвига дозируют микросферы. Способ позволяет получать синтактические пенопласты более быстро и более высокого качества, вследствие значительного уменьшения повреждения микросфер.

Claims (1)

  1. Термопластичную смолу с низким индексом расплава разжижают с получением расплавленного потока, после чего в проплавленный поток в условиях низкого напряжения сдвига дозируют микросферы. Способ позволяет получать синтактические пенопласты более быстро и более высокого качества, вследствие значительного уменьшения повреждения микросфер.
