Abstract

FIELD: aircraft and space engineering. SUBSTANCE: unit comprises electric motor with a shaft that projects out of each end face of an electric motor, working wheel mounted at each end of the shaft, two flanges connected with the end faces of the electric motor, filter, and inlet and outlet connecting pipes. The flanges are provided with central bores for working wheels. The inlets and outlets of the working wheels are made in block. Each flange is additionally provided with two axial bores and two passageways. One axial bore is connected with the inlet of the working wheel through one of the passageways. The other axial bore is connected with the outlet of the working wheel mounted inside this flange through the second passageway. Each axial bore of one of the flange is connected with the corresponding bore in the other flange through a pipe line. Each pair of the axial bores interconnected through a pipe line may be axially alined. The pipe lines may be straight. One of the bore of each pair of interconnected bores is through. The inlet and outlet connecting pipes are connected with the through bores from the side opposite to the pipe lines. The electric pump unit is provided with a filter made up as a pipe positioned inside the pair of axially alined bores connected with the inlets of the working wheels and pipe line that connects them. Электронасосный агрегат содержит электродвигатель с валом, выступающим с каждого торца электродвигателя, рабочие колеса, установленные на каждом из концов вала, и два фланца, присоединенные к торцам электродвигателя, причем во фланцах выполнены центральные расточки для размещения рабочих колес, входы и выходы которых соответственно объединены, а также фильтр и входной и выходной штуцеры. В каждом из фланцев дополнительно выполнены по две аксиальных расточки и по два канала, одна аксиальная расточка соединена через один из каналов с входом, а другая через второй канал - с выходом рабочего колеса, размещенного в этом фланце, при этом каждая аксиальная расточка одного фланца посредством трубопровода соединена с соответствующей расточкой другого фланца. Дополнительно каждая из пар аксиальных расточек, объединенных трубопроводом, может быть выполнена соосной, а трубопроводы - прямыми, при этом одна расточка из каждой пары объединенных расточек выполнена сквозной, а входной и выходной штуцеры присоединены к сквозным расточкам со стороны, противоположной трубопроводам. Электронасосный агрегат снабжен фильтром в виде трубки, размещенной внутри пары аксиальных расточек, соединенных с входами рабочих колес и соединяющего их трубопровода, при этом входной штуцер соединен с внутренней поверхностью фильтра.
