Abstract

FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves complete or partial foregasification of low-reactivity solid fuel treated by common fuel pulverizing plant of heat-generating unit in fluidized-bed chamber followed by after burning of gasification products in furnace chamber burners, as well as outlet of solid wastes into furnace, when heat- generating unit carries rated load, from foregasifier through discharge burners wherein they are afterburned at working temperature within furnace and evacuated through slag-disposal system of furnace. When unit carries lower load, considering its optimal operating conditions, solid wastes are passed from foregasifier to slag-and-ash disposal system bypassing furnace chamber. EFFECT: improved design.
