Abstract

FIELD: explosion facilities. SUBSTANCE: adjustable time fuze has initiating device, two mating parts, one of which is installed for turning relative to the other. Channel filled with explosive is connected, from one side, with initiating device, and from the other side, with channel in fixed part filled with explosive and connected with the main explosive charge. Mating parts are installed coaxially one above the other. Channel of movable part is made in form of radial groove running over thickness of indicated part to channel of fixed part. Channel of fixed part is made on the surface adjacent to movable part in form of unclosed circular recess whose one end is blind, and the other end, with branch to main explosive charge. EFFECT: simplified technology of manufacture and quality control, stable in operation with accuracy to fractions of microsecond within the preset adjustment range.

Изобретение относится к области взрывной техники. Взрыватель с регулируемой задержкой срабатывания содержит устройство инициирования, две ответные части, одна из которых установлена с возможностью поворота относительно другой, канал, заполненный взрывчатым веществом и соединенный с одной стороны с устройством инициирования, с другой стороны - с каналом в неподвижной части, заполненным ВВ и соединенным с основным зарядом ВВ. Ответные части установлены соосно, одна над другой. Канал подвижной части выполнен в виде радиального паза, переходящего по толщине указанной части к каналу неподвижной части. Канал на неподвижной части выполнен на поверхности, примыкающей к подвижной части в виде незамкнутого кольцевого паза, один конец которого выполнен глухим, а другой - с отводом к основному заряду ВВ. Взрыватель имеет упрощенную технологию изготовления и контроля качества изготовления, стабильность срабатывания с точностью до долей микросекунды в заданном диапазоне регулирования.The invention relates to the field of explosive technology.
