FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat technology, namely, to sea water desalinating plants using solar energy. Proposed scalar water desalinating plant includes solar collector 1, multisectional distiller 2 of evaporation type with vertical positioning of sections, sprinklers 3, heat exchangers 4, moisture catchers 5, partitions 6 with throttles 7 to control flow rate of water, vacuum throttles 8, salt water coil pipe 9 for water heating, pumps 10, 11, 12, 13 to pump through heat transfer agent, to pump away distillate and brine, vacuum pump 14 and pipeline 15 for drainage of distillate. EFFECT: increased productivity, operational reliability and decreased cost of water desalinating plant. 1 cl, 5 dwg
