Abstract

FIELD: oil industry, system of oil, gas and water collection and preparation at wells and refineries. SUBSTANCE: aim is to provide division of liquid stream (mixture of oil and water) for equal parts by usage in case of parallel connection to one stream of several apparatuses of similar type and size and measurement of liquid usages by division for parts. Apparatus for division of liquid stream for equal parts by usage is made in the form of vertical cylinder, inside which gas carrying out pipe is located, and lower part of which has branch pipe for gas-liquid stream feeding, and upper part of which has branch pipe for free gas carrying out, and side surface of which has grooves with down-going parts. Grooves are located in symmetry to feeding-in stream at similar height and have similar cross-sections, and at down-going parts have liquid flow with not full cross-section. EFFECT: apparatus allows to connect several similar apparatuses in parallel to one stream of liquid and their normal operation, increases effectiveness and reliability of the apparatuses and to measure large usage of liquid by dividing it for parts.

Claims (1)

Использование: в нефтяной промышленности в системе сбора и подготовки нефти, газа и воды на промыслах и на нефтеперерабатывающих заводах. Цель: обеспечение разделения потока жидкости (смесь нефти и воды) на равные части по расходу при параллельном подключении к одному потоку нескольких аппаратов одного типоразмера и измерение расходов жидкости путем деления на части. Сущность изобретения: устройство разделения потока жидкости на равные части по расходу выполнено в виде вертикального цилиндра, внутри которого размещена газоотводная труба, снабженного патрубком для подвода газожидкостного потока в нижней части и патрубком для отвода свободного газа в верхней части, а на боковой поверхности расположены отводы с нисходящими участками. Отводы размещены симметрично к подводящему потоку на одной и той же высоте и имеют одинаковые поперечные сечения, а на нисходящем участке отводов обеспечивается течение жидкости с неполным сечением. Положительный эффект: обеспечивает нормальную работу параллельно подключенных аппаратов к одному потоку жидкости, повышает эффективность и надежность работы этих аппаратов, позволяет измерять большие расходы жидкости путем деления на части.Usage: in the oil industry in the system for collecting and preparing oil, gas and water in the fields and in oil refineries. Positive effect: ensures the normal operation of devices connected in parallel to one fluid stream, increases the efficiency and reliability of these devices, allows you to measure large fluid flow rates by dividing into parts.
