Abstract

FIELD: domestic garbage processing. SUBSTANCE: effect of given method lies in removing from domestic garbage the plastic components (celluloid, cellophane, plastic etc. ) which decay in the ground for tens of years exhaling gases and chemical elements harmful for man. The effect is achieved by the fact that ground domestic garbage is transported along air duct by pressing the air from pneumatic pump, they fall into zone of action of overheated dry steam where plastic components are coagulated, are melt under action of temperature above 100 C and full onto air duct bottom from where they are discharged by worm into vehicles and are taken out to the place of reprocessing and recovery. Other organic components are moistened, if necessary, are settled down in cyclones and then reprocessed for fertilizers by aerobic or anaerobic method. EFFECT: excluded manual sorting of domestic garbage, efficient reprocessing of removed plastic materials and their reuse according to purpose.

Изобретение относится к переработке отходов коммунальных хозяйств, в частности к переработке бытовых отходов населения. Цель предлагаемого способа является удаление из бытовых отходов пластиковых составляющих (целлофан, целлулоид, пластмасса, паралон и др.), которые разлагаются в земле десятки лет, выделяя вредные для человека газы и химические элементы. В результате полностью исключается ручная сортировка бытовых отходов, а удаленные пластиковые материалы перерабатываются и вновь утилизируются по назначению. Это достигается тем, что измельченные бытовые отходы напором воздуха от воздуходувки транспортируются по воздуховоду и попадают в зону действия перегретого сухого пара, где пластиковые составляющие коагулируются, оплавляются под действием температуры свыше 100°С и падают на дно воздуховода, откуда шнеком выгружаются в транспортные средства и вывозятся к месту переработки и утилизации, а другие органические составляющие при необходимости увлажняются, оседают в циклонах и далее перерабатываются на удобрения аяробным или анаэробным способом.The invention relates to the processing of municipal waste, in particular to the processing of household waste.
