Abstract

FIELD: cleaning of contaminated ballast of rail track. SUBSTANCE: endless chain conveyer is installed across the rail track axis in vertical plane. Chain links are joined with one another by horizontal axles only to ensure in one direction sufficient chain rigidity. Installed on chain links, in front of them, in direction of machine motion are buckets which protrude above and below the links. Secured to chain links from below are supporting skids oriented in two directions, in direction of chain motion, and in direction of machine motion. So chain links interact with ballast neither in zone of ballast cutout, nor in ballast transportation, or in the unloading. Successful mutual arrangement of chain conveyer, cleaning screen, ballast distributing device and other members allow fulfilling of various process operations involved in lowering the level of track skeleton. Mass and length of ballast cleaner are considerably smaller than the mass and length of the known ballast cleaners. EFFECT: higher efficiency due to elimination of sliding friction of chain conveyer over troughs, reduction of length and mass of machine.

Claims (1)

Щебнеочистительная машина предназначена для очистки загрязненного щебня железнодорожного пути. Для ликвидации трения скольжения цепного транспортера по желобам, уменьшения длины и веса машины бесконечный цепной транспортер устанавливается поперек оси пути в вертикальной плоскости. Звенья цепи соединены между собой только горизонтальными осями, что дает возможность обеспечить в одном направлении достаточную жесткость цепи. На звеньях цепи впереди их по ходу движения машины установлены ковши, которые выступают выше и ниже звеньев цепи. Снизу к звеньям цепи закрепляются поддерживающие лыжи, ориентированные в двух направлениях по ходу движения цепи и по ходу движения машины. Таким образом звенья цепи не взаимодействуют со щебнем ни в зоне вырезки щебня, ни при транспортировании щебня, ни при его выгрузке. Удачное взаимное расположение цепного транспортера, очистительного грохота, щебнераспределительного устройства и других органов позволит выполнить различные технологические операции по понижению уровня путевой решетки, при этом вес и длина машины будет значительно меньше веса и длины существующих щебнеочистительных машин.The rubble-cleaning machine is designed to clean the contaminated rubble of the railway line.
